We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on TinyCudds.
Returns at a Glance
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy (where applicable).
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with:
- Order Number
- Registered Email Address or Mobile Number
Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis before dispatch.
